Tate Exchange 02

已更新:2020年7月12日

Today, the DM team came to visit the Tate coffee factory in Tate Britain. This is the first time we have learned in detail the process from the cultivation of coffee beans to a cup of coffee. And, staff member Thomas told us the story of several coffee beans farmers. The huge profit brought by the coffee industry does not belong to the people who grow coffee beans. The average price of a cup of coffee is 3 pounds, and only the farmers earn Of 0.01.

Therefore, we think that all the power consumed in it is worth showing.

From my personal point of view, I am very interested in all the surrounding consumption caused by coffee beans: for example, after roasting coffee beans, there are a lot of bean husks, but the way to deal with them is just to collect them and give them to the garbage disposal site. This kind of material is very valuable in the eyes of DM team members, and how to deal with this material has become the goal we can study.

In addition, I really like the redesign of Tate staff for the coffee bean transport cloth bag. That's cool! Very fashionable haha!

This approach is exactly what we should learn.
