Me and Yudi started from our own project, through the key words or project, we discussed about what we wanna cheive?what is our target for this seminar?

Thus, we list 3 key elements：a. art therapy b. sense c. negative emotion

And temporarily set the seminar topic as：

a. Researching the ways of sensory function in art therapy to ease negative emotions.

b. Using the sensory functions, including smell, touch ,voice to ease negative emotions in the form of art therapy.

Seminar's aim is that we use seminar to broaden the cognitive domain of our projects.

我们从介绍两个专业名词art therapy 和 sensory therapy开始，然后分析两者的关系（相交），结合两个therapy的相交点向大家介绍什么是“Sensory art therapy”以及它的功能是什么？

After that, we will introduce four forms of sensory art therapy, including: Visual art therapy, Therapeutic Haptics, ASMR, Aromatherapy.

We found in the field of contemporary art there are some artists who works from sensory art therapy to ease personal/public 's emotion which can be our reference.

At first, we planned to hold an immersive sensory art therapy, but when we considered converting the offline seminar to online, we had to change the form of the seminar activity. Pay more attention to the communication, sharing and feedback of participants online. Therefore, we gave each participant 3 minutes to share their experiences and methods to ease personal negative emotions.
