Using this method will leave special beautiful marks on the surface of the salt, from shallow to deep. But in addition to the black part, the dark yellow part will inevitably appear at the same time as the lettering, unless only the burning part is used as the background, and the engraving machine is used on the premise of the black background to highlight the white text part. In addition, the text written in this way will be irregular, and it may be inconvenient for the audience to read.
2. black pigment or ink
The method of directly using pigment and ink can display the text content very clearly, and the text is clear and regular. However, if the salt chain body is dyed black in this way, two disadvantages appear in the experiment: a. The text carved on the black background is completely unrecognizable b. During the dyeing process, the salt will become fragile and broken.
3. carving machine
The carved salt will be more three-dimensional, but the font is blurred and it is difficult to recognize it. Pay attention to the use of force in carving. Small force can only cause scratches on the surface. Large force can easily break the chain.
4.soldering pen
Perhaps I use a sodering pen with lower power, so it does not have any special effect on salt.
As far as the current test results are concerned, using paint and ink to write directly is the best.
